A corporate lawyer specializing in capital markets and finance, she currently advises clients at AA&C on contract structuring and review, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, as well as on transactions and reporting to regulators. She integrates her legal expertise with financial analysis to translate complex stock market issues into actionable decisions, designs compliance frameworks and controls risks in committees and boards of directors, and prepares documentation and due diligence for operations and financing.

She has more than 13 years of experience in leading research and consulting firms: Director of Capital Markets at Bofill Mir Abogados, Senior Associate at Honorato Delaveau. She holds a law degree (PUC) and a master's degree in finance (University of Chile).

Luis Mallea López is a dental surgeon and holds a Master's degree in Health Management. He is currently Director of the Health Sector at AA&C Advisory, a role in which he promotes the growth of companies and professionals in the field through comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial support. He has extensive clinical experience in various centers—ODM, Alfa Dental Clinic, Maipú Dental Center, and Catedral Clinic—and a background in management as Administrative Director at COI Chile and Technical Director at Mallea & Arenas. He is also co-founder of Dentaria. He is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Oral Rehabilitation, combining management and clinical practice to lead projects in operational efficiency, compliance, and patient experience.

Orlando Martínez is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA focused on business creation, a diploma in Operations Management, and complementary training in administration. He has more than 13 years of experience in complex industries such as mining, food, pulp and paper, and oil and gas. Currently a partner at AA&C, he leads cross-functional organizational transformation through agile methodologies and continuous improvement, applying Lean principles and a 360° view of operational and support areas. He facilitates agile cells, redesigns processes in short cycles (sprints), visualizes work with Kanban, and creates organizational MVPs. He implements maintenance and asset management systems (SAP PM) with a focus on reliability, prevention, and operational efficiency, in addition to training and accompanying teams to promote a culture of innovation, empowerment, and continuous adaptation.

Pedro Castañeda is an Auditor and specialist in Data Analytics applied to auditing, with more than 15 years of experience in data management and assurance testing applied to various industries, with a particular focus on the financial sector (banking, insurance, pension funds, factoring, leasing, card issuers, and compensation funds). At AA&C, he contributes as an analytics consultant, designing and executing procedures on complete populations (ETL, validations, and reconciliations), automating audit and internal control tests, and enabling dashboards and executive reports for decision-making. His career includes 15 years at KPMG Chile as Senior Manager of Data Management, experience as a SOX Auditor (SMU), and a university teaching role. He also holds a Diploma in Big Data and Data Science.

Cecilia is a Graphic Designer from the University of Chile and a Trainer – Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Chilean Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, where she also teaches courses in Neuro-Linguistic Coaching and NLP Practitioner. She has a specialization in Positive Psychology Tools applied to Work and High-Performance Team Development (Adolfo Ibáñez University), along with various training courses in storytelling and therapeutic metaphors, clowning, emotional self-regulation, and drumming. She integrates creative, physical, and narrative resources to facilitate learning, well-being, and personal and team transformation processes.

Rocío holds a degree in Business Administration from Andrés Bello University and a degree in Journalism from the University for Development, where she also earned a Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Business. She has a Diploma in Global Coaching Mentoring Skills and an International Certification in Playful and Participatory Methodology from the School of Facilitators. Her career has focused on the design and implementation of innovative learning experiences, integrating strategic communication, mentoring, and facilitation to enhance the development of individuals and teams.
