He has a high capacity to identify and align culture and people with the purpose and vision of the organization, achieving significant results. He has experience in the banking, consulting and engineering industry, having worked in national and multinational companies such as Banco de Chile, KPMG and Invensys (acquired by Schneider).

Roberto Castro C.MBA/PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT AND AUDIT
Roberto has more than 16 years of professional experience in the delivery of Corporate Governance solutions, Risk Management processes, Implementation and leadership of Internal Audit, Internal Control, Compliance, Finance, Financial Reporting and Forensic areas. He has experience both in the consulting field, in big four companies such as KPMG and Deloitte, and in private companies in executive positions where he has served as Manager of internal audit, internal control and risk management in different industries and countries in the region.Throughout his career Roberto has served as an external consultant, leading consulting and auditing projects in companies such as; SQM S.A., Enel Chile S.A., Engie Energía Chile S.A., Empresas Lipigas S.A., Latam Airlines Group S.A., Embotelladora Andina S.A., and Cristalerías Chile S.A.
Jónas Pérez.ACCOUNTANT AUDITOR
Jonás has more than 15 years of professional experience in providing audit services of financial statements, internal control, convergence to new standards, preparation and review of financial information and attestation reports and agreed-upon procedures for large companies (assurance). He developed his career at KPMG as Senior Manager in charge of auditing processes in industries such as construction and real estate, energy, sanitary concessions, among others. Throughout his career he has participated as a lecturer in several courses on IFRS and methodology related to auditing.
He has experience in corporations regulated by the Financial Market Commission, auditing between 2014 and 2021 to companies such as: Besalco S.A., Empresa Constructora Moller y Perez-Cotapos S.A., Oxiquim S.A. and Empresa Concesionaria de Servicios Sanitarios S.A.
